Plexidor Performance Pet Doors are top quality pet doors with unique, 'saloon-door' flaps (except for the small size which has a single flap) with spring-loaded hinges and excellent weather stripping. Also included are a Steel Locking Cover (except for Small size) and a separate keyed lock (included on all sizes, two on the XL size).
The small, medium and large flaps have a 1/8" hollow air space which significantly improves insulation. Consequently, this popular pet door performs very well in climate-controlled spaces. The XL flap has been significantly upgraded to include the new Bite Guard technology - a major enhancement. It is a full 1/4" thick solid Plexiglas flap with metal edging to resist chewing.
